Hello people! Today we will discuss 5 Youtube channels to learn architecture Software absolutely free of cost.
Talking with experience, learning numerous types of software during the architecture course can be a lot time consuming and tedious. Newbies will have to browse through the whole software just to look for the tools they're looking for. In such case they will need some expert guidance to learn all these software, their shortcuts and workflow management to master their software use.
Starting off the list with -
1.) Sketchup
Sketchup is the official Youtube channel for learning the software Sketchup by Trimble. For those of you who're new to this, Sketchup is a 3d modeling software which offers numerous useful tools to work with. Mainly used for architecture, wood modeling, furniture, product design etc.
The official Sketchup Youtube Channel puts out videos explaining certain tools provided in the software and their real time usage. You can find a ton of videos on this channel to learn. These videos include basic level teaching to professional level editing skills.
(Note - Sketchup does put out videos on their channel with respect to the latest software version they've rolled out for use. Similar to the official Sketchup channel, Lumion is the official channel for the rendering software 'Lumion'. Lumion is a 3d model rendering software which is useful to bring your architectural model to life by simulating it into a virtual environment. One can create beautiful architectural renders, cinematic walkthroughs, time-lapse, realistic images etc. in a single software.
The Official Youtube channel for Lumion regularly puts out tutorials for using each and every tool available on the software. These videos are kept simple and easy to learn.
Again, the videos are made with respect to the latest software version. So do check your own software version to get helpful results.

3.) TheSketchupEssentials
As the name suggests, this channel is a great place to learn the sketchup software for educational and professional purposes absolutely free. This channel is owned by an individual creator named Justin Geis and has over 300,000 subscribers and almost 900 videos at this point.
This channel not only provides basic beginners knowledge to use sketchup, but also features and help users learn the use of various plugins and extensions which when used, saves a lot of time and help fulfill your modelling needs.
The major difference you'll find in the official Sketchup channel and this channel is that this channel features external useful plugins, add- ons, tips, tricks, extensions and readymade 3d models which he uses to teach things. He also leaves links to download these things in the description box so viewers can easily download them and start using.

4.) TheRenderingEssentials
This channel is owned and run by the same person mentioned in the previous one (therefore, the similar name). This channel mainly focuses on exploring and learning 3d rendering software such as Lumion, V-ray, Twinmotion, Blender, Enscape, Unreal engine etc.
The teaching process of this channel is very simple and explains every single thing as detailed as possible. You will fall in love with the process of learning and will be constantly motivated to learn and use the tips and tricks that you learn there.
One thing to notice is that this person has put out so much useful content for us students and newer professionals that is absolutely free to access. Really appreciate his work!

5.) Envato Tuts+
This channel has useful tutorials which are over 3 hours long. The one thing to appreciate here is that there are no ads in between these videos, which really help viewers to concentrate on what they're learning without any unwanted breaks.
